Governance, Monitoring and Compliance
Our role is to manage the SCM governance framework in all three spheres of government including its design, development and implementation, monitoring and evaluation of compliance. The end results usually after reviews are done, lead to the facilitation and reporting of malpractices interventions, including bid cancellations and process, initiation of disciplinary actions, claiming damages and managing the restriction of suppliers.
